Basement Fire

November 26, 2007. A basement fire broke out monday morning in this house located at 34 Ingraham lane. Southside Hook & Ladder Company 2 was first on scene and served as the truck company. Eagle Engine Company 1 pumped the fire with 2 lines stretched. The fire was knocked down quickly and was contained primarily to the basement. West Hempstead Fire Department was called in for a truck and Uniondale Fire Department was called for the fast team.
